Our client is a major player in the Video Delivery, Distribution and Media Streaming technology markets. They are currently recruiting for an exceptional Sr. Sales Engineer/ Solution Architect to work with one of their biggest Broadcaster clients (Comcast) on a technical and commercial level.
The ideal candidate for Sr. Sales Engineer:
Good knowledge of Video Processing and/ or Network products, solutions, CDN and workflows
Expert knowledge of cloud deployment technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Understanding of video compression
Strong business acumen and client commercial activities
Extensive work with Comcast or NBCU as a client (or Charter)
Purpose of Senior Sales Engineer:
Our client is looking for a Sr. Pre-Sales Engineer/ Solution Architect who will be the go-to technical expert for their clients and who can deliver high-level technical information. This person will work alongside the Sales Executives to identify and drive winning strategies whilst providing architectural perspectives across all products.
Responsibilities of Sr. Solution Architect:
Acting as the technical expert for our client’s Video Network portfolio
Working closely with Sales Executives to assist customers and resellers
Identifying commercial opportunities from a business and technology perspective
Spearheading deals moving through the sales process
Developing the technical response to RFPs
Providing inputs to Product Management for critical features
