Overview of the role Senior Pre-Sales Architect
Reporting to the VP Solutions, you are a senior level technical expert with experience and solid understanding of end-to-end Ad placement workflows. There is an emphasis on digital / OTT gained experience through working for or within the media & entertainment space or with US station groups.
You are willing to travel within the USA and meet with senior level M&E customers to help drive sales of next generation cloud playout solutions. Willingness to travel regularly is a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Pre-Sales Architect
- Robust portfolio knowledge of their products and how to market them with key accounts
- Identify growth opportunities through meetings with customers, assist the North American sales team in qualifying these opportunities and developing sales strategies
- Collaborate with other teams including Product Line Management and Professional Services
- Work with the sales team in providing frequent updates to key customers on the product range
- Lead RFP response teams and provide POC and demo support when required
- Travel to and attend industry trade shows for product demonstrations and customer meeting support
- Give feedback and provide input to management teams on market trends and competitive positioning
Skills & Qualifications of Senior Pre-Sales Architect
- 5+ years AdTech pre-sales or sales engineering experience, having worked with US broadcasters and media accounts
- Solid understanding of ad-tech ecosystems and video ad serving, dynamic ad insertion (DAI), Real-Time Bidding (RTB), Supply-Side Platforms (SSP), Demand-Side Platforms (DSP), ad exchanges/networks, and cloud architecture
- Experience with new portfolio launches.
- Ability to support complex sales cycles
- Excellent understanding of API and integrations within ad-tech ecosystems
