Sales Manager UK and Nordics - Remote

£80k - £110k Base + 50% OTE

UK Based – Remote

Our client in the media technology space is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager focusing on the development of the UK and Nordics markets. You will be mainly responsible for direct sales, channel sales and channel partner support. The Sales Manager will be working closely with the technical presales team and their channel partners. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to strengthen the company’s presence in the UK and Nordics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a business strategy to expand customer base
  • Build and encourage strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Account management to expand business with existing customers
  • Sales reports to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and trends as well as preform competitive analysis
  • Negotiate and close deals (with support of the legal team)
  • Cooperation with presales team on products and best practice
  • Lead and manage product demos and support marketing activities at tradeshows
  • Attend and present at industry events
  • Business travel to partner and potential customer locations

What you will need to be successful

  • 10 years sales track record in broadcast, streaming, news production, OTT distribution or media asset management company
  • Show a consultative sales approach
  • Experience in SaaS Sales & Cloud technologies
  • Track record at working with partners and resellers at high level
  • Independent, excellent time management skills
  • Excellent Communicator
