Sales Manager Benelux
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Sales Manager you are in charge of developing and maintaining customer relationships. You present their products and solutions to maximise the available sales opportunities. Your main goals will be: meeting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer and market trends.
Work with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Start, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Own and meet annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Gather and provide input into the development of a territorial strategy to achieve sales goals.
Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand customer-specific markets, landscapes and trends.
Regular reports on opportunities and forces that shift customers budgets and strategic direction.
Customer Success is your main mission.
Experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager.
Top level communication skills across all levels of an organisation - from operators to C-level executives.
Proven track record of driving the entire sales process and meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of complex solutions and services.
Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in spoken and written business English and Dutch. German and French are an advantage.
