Up to €100k Base + 50% OTE

Our client in the video/ broadcast industry is looking for an experienced Sales Director with a passion for finding and closing new partnerships.

Role description

- Sales of OTT solutions to prospective T2 and T3 Partners across the territory

- Engage with CXO-level industry leaders as potential partners

- Co-develop the business plan and sales strategy for existing and future business

- Upsell solutions/ products to existing partners

- Provide input on product roadmap based on feedback from partners

- Lead early technical engagement with partners by identifying technical requirements

- Regular reports on interactions with clients, results and project status

- Partner effectively with internal Sales team to ensure required technical, operational and implementation support

- You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial focus, with a deep understanding of client needs and strong will to drive the business forward


- Minimum 5-7 years of client facing sales, with RFI, RFP and Solution Sales experience

- Used to work, team up & perform in an international environment

- Requirements gathering and scope management - communicating and prioritising Partner requests

- Background from a digital platform business (B2B), the enterprise platform or managed/cloud services industry

The following knowledge will be seen as a bonus (if not, don't worry, if you're a fast learner you'll be fine):

- Prior knowledge and experience of working in the OTT Video industry. Interest in the Media and Technology industry.

- An understanding of Video Delivery Technology (Encode, Transcode, DRM, Storage, Player Tech)

- Experience with Linear, Live and VOD Media Delivery Workflows

- Knowledge of CRM, CMS & Billing Integrations

- Understanding of Full Stack Capabilities (APIs, Infrastructure/AWS, Backend, and client integrations such as Android Apps / Samsung TV Apps)
