Salary €80k - €100k + OTE

Our client helps partners to achieve world class content productions by providing them with cloud and media infrastructures as well as workflow solutions. As Sales Director the successful candidate will develop and maintain customer relationships and sell our products and solutions. Their responsibilities will include meeting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer and market trends.
Responsibilities
Work with the customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Experience essential in the Broadcast Media / Video Production space
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet or surpass annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Forward feedback and give input into the development of a regional strategy to achieve sales goals.
Lead presentations and proposals with customers.
Understand and feedback to the team on customer-specific landscapes and trends.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, EMEA & LATAM
Skills, Experience and Motivations
Customer Success is your passion.
Experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager.
Fantastic communication skills across all levels - from operators to C-level executives.
Proven record in driving the entire sales process and meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrable capability to articulate the distinct aspects of complex solutions and services.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in spoken and written business English, French and Dutch. German is an advantage.
