Salary 100K-125K package (80/20 comp).

Hybrid possible but mainly office based - 5-10% Travel


Our client is a key player in the global broadcast market, operating in more than 180 countries. Helping customers deliver their content around the globe, whether its sports or other live events.

Candidate Profile

You are self-motivated, bring a lot of positive attitude to the office and want to work in an international environment. You are an excellent communicator, able to communicate clearly and respectfully with all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally. Due to the international environment in which you will be working additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work together with the company's sales leaders to define quarterly objectives, create dashboards in Salesforce for sales executives, and standardize business reporting.

• Coordinate the NA sales operations process to enable sales team productivity.

• Document and report on the general sales funnel and make sure leads and prospects are moving through the funnel efficiently. This includes the tracking of conversion rates, analyzing of data and the recommendation of improvements.

• Team up with the Marketing and Sales departments to refine the lead qualification process and campaign performance.

• Help sales leaders in managing forecasting and provide them with valuable insight into performance and how to enable continuous growth for the company.

• Manage analytics/metrics programs to support sales leaders make solid business decisions.

• Take a lead in maintaining and developing our CRM solution and quoting tools (Salesforce/CPQ) and ensure the efficient use of the CRM to support various departments’ objectives

• Help coordinate relevant Marketing activities and events

•Manage the companies demonstration inventory, organise shipping and receiving, and help maintain client’s project schedules.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education

• More than 5 years of relevant experience supporting sales business processes.

• Live Event Application and Broadcast industry knowledge is preferable.

• More than 2 years of experience in managing user experience and adoption in Salesforce and HubSpot

• Experience of owning an end-to-end sales process including forecasting, territory & quota management, and sales funnels.

• Self-motivated and task oriented

• Excellent listening and communication skills

• Proven track record of developing and implementing tools, processes and programs that engage team members and support growth.
