Our client is a key player in the video and broadcast industry specialising on multiviewer software solutions as well as monitoring tools. They are looking for a Regional Sales Director for the DACH region with a solid understanding of the market including competitors, channel and technology partners.
About the role
Work closely with the current partners in DACH region and also develop new channel partners.
Make sure that products and solutions are aligned with customer expectations
Close contact with customers always assessing and validating their needs.
Close coordination with the Product Management and Customer Success teams to define solutions to customer pain points.
Executing both bottom-up and top-down and strategies to increase sales
Utilising sales tools such as cold calling, Salesforce and email to generate new sales opportunities.
Report to VP of Sales EMEA & APAC
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree in business, computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
High interest and good knowledge of technology, especially media technology.
Proven track record of sales growth in previous roles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for problem-solving and experience in solutions selling
Mastery of intelligent prospecting
Ability to build and grow relationships as well as excellent negotiating skills
Excellent English and German skills
