Manager of Agile Delivery

Salary: £90k - £110k base + 12% bonus

Hybrid, Office based in London

Our client is a key player in the broadcast and video market helping content providers online deliver video to smart devices. They are currently looking for a Manager of Agile Delivery with a background in video technologies.

The successful candidate will manage and grow a team of technical professionals and cooperate with various departments (Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering) a team of 5 Scrum Masters / Product Owners and continue to grow the team. The role will involve a lot of coaching, leading and mentorship as well as cooperation with colleagues internationally and communication with C-level management.


  • Lead, grow and mentor a team of Scrum Masters / Product Owners within the video delivery industry

  • Act as the program lead, responsible for the planning, resourcing development and delivery of new as well as pre-existing projects.

  • Work on the company’s projects/products including: cloud video platform, video AI, live linear, and transcoding

  • In collaboration with higher management define and shape the direction of the team you work within

  • Write & present financial plans, project proposals, Statements of Work & Change Request forms following company’s governance standards.

  • Supporting the commercial teams defining requirements and estimates for customer opportunities

  • Supporting the Sales and Pre-Sales team with RFIs and RFPs.

  • Ensure timely and precise reporting across Agile teams.

  • Global collaboration working together with other Heads of Agile Delivery to establish and maintain global standards for Agile teams.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in program or project leadership agile delivery (and scrum) in the technology or video (broadcasting, media, entertainment) industries

  • Experience in managing and growing a team of high performers wanting to support and thrive for continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles having worked with Agile development teams.

  • Successful track record in working on big cross-organisational and cross-functional, transformation efforts, and engineering initiatives.

  • Experience with program/project financials, resource and budget management.

  • Great analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up ideas, recommendations and decision making.

  • Proven track record in coaching and influencing teams as well as being consultative across matrixed organisations and levels, including delivery teams and senior management

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Experience with SAAS technologies
