Our client is a major player in the global Broadcast, Cloud and Video Content Delivery technology markets.

The Role of Client Partner

Our client is looking for a high-performing Client Partner (US) to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The key account focus will be two of - Warner Discovery, Paramount, Disney, Comcast (NBCU).

Required Skills/Experience for Client Partner

  • Extensive experience working with one of Warner Discovery/ Paramount/ Disney/ Comcast (NBCU)

  • Background in Pre-Sales Consultancy/ Program Management/ Technical Account Management on a high level

  • Proven ability to assist the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Knowledge of Video Workflow, Cloud Technologies, OTT and Video Delivery technologies

  • Strong network across the broadcaster and service provider markets across North America

  • Experience within the process of direct and channel sales of technical product lines

Responsibilities of Client Partner

What You'll Do:

  • Global Account Management

  • Industry Experience: expertise, passion, and thought leadership about the compelling events driving transformation in the Technology industry.

  • Client Relationships: executive presence to build relationships within the customer through demonstrated knowledge and superb listening skills.

  • Portfolio Management: ability to manage multiple customers within an account portfolio.

  • Business Development: generate sales opportunities, grow the footprint within an account, grow executive relationships, collaborate with the team to identify solutions, and respond to customer requests.

  • Financial Management: oversee the financial performance vs targets of the account.

  • Global Account Strategy: Collaborate with peers across the globe to set overall account strategy and execute in a global environment

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers

  • Drive long-term portfolio growth by building multi-year Account Plans

  • Consistently identify needs that customers may not recognize and ensure that solutions are linked to objectives & demonstrable results for our customers

  • Continually increase knowledge of the customer’s business (and industry trends) often serving as the customer’s first line consultant.

  • Expand contacts with key client executives and maintain strong relationships that produce new opportunities
