Salary – $150k base + up to $150k OTE

Our client is a key player in the broadcast and streaming market providing content security and piracy protection. Expanding the team internationally they are now looking for an Account Director US developing and implementing a strategic existing account sales plan. The perfect candidate will have a strong track record in Business Development and Account Management in the North American Media and Entertainment market.
Requirements
Accountability for and management of all Accounts in the region and
Meeting Sales targets for accounts and regions
Selling Services, Products and Solutions all existing accounts in NA
Create and and implement sales strategies to fully manage existing accounts and sell to them in order to achieve targets and drive region growth
Visit clients in the region on a regular basis (min 60% of the time), to improve and maintain good business relationships and upsell the companies solutions
Regional Sales Pipeline management as well as other sales metrics using the company CRM - regular reports to the SVP Sales
Follow and report competitor activities. market trends, as well as existing customer needs to identify upsell business opportunities in region
Work closely with the new business team and manage the handover once new account sales wins have been achieved in region
Close cooperation with the pre-sales team for meetings and presentations
Feedback and contribution to the Marketing strategy
About you
Sales experience within the NA Media and Entertainment market
Proven track record in successfully selling technically complex solutions
Proven track record in growing and managing existing accounts by upselling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Enthusiastic, diligent and professional attitude at all times
Readiness to travel for more than half of the working time
Driven, motivated, keen to win and succeed
